ManyRequests vs SPP (now Wayfront)

ManyRequests vs Wayfront (formerly SPP): which one should your agency run on?

Both run a productized agency well. The honest split is proofing versus maturity and price, and neither one bills the European way. Here is the full comparison, plus a third option if your books live in Moneybird.

The short answer

Pick the one that matches how you work

  • ManyRequests

Pick ManyRequests if your work is visual. Design and video proofing are built in, so client feedback lands on the artwork instead of in an email thread. It also has time tracking and a portal you can translate. It bills through Stripe, and it is the cheaper of the two at 59 dollar per month.

  • Wayfront

Pick Wayfront if you want the most mature option. It has been shipping since its Service Provider Pro days, with years of refinement on order forms and automations, built-in time tracking, and both Stripe and PayPal so clients can pay the way they prefer. It is the priciest of the three at 129 dollar per month.

  • Doorst.app

    Our tool

Pick Doorst.app if you are a European agency and your bookkeeping lives in Moneybird. You choose the billing rails: your own Moneybird administration, Mollie or Stripe. iDEAL, Bancontact and VAT invoicing are built in, from 15 euro per month. We are younger than both and we do not do proofing, and this is our page, so read the honest section below before you decide.

ManyRequests and Wayfront (the tool formerly known as Service Provider Pro, or SPP) are the two names that come up most when a productized agency goes shopping. Both are real: branded client portals, subscription plans, a request queue and a delivery board. If you pick either one you will not have made a mistake. This page compares them straight, and then tells you where a third option, ours, is a better fit. That is a narrow claim: both of them collect your money through a payment processor, and neither one posts an invoice into your Moneybird administration.

Head to head

The real difference between ManyRequests and Wayfront

  • ManyRequests: built for visual work

Design and video proofing are native, so client feedback lands on the artwork instead of in an email thread. If you sell design, that is the whole job. It is also less than half the price of Wayfront.

  • Wayfront: built by time

Wayfront has shipped since its Service Provider Pro days, and it shows in the order forms and the automations. It takes PayPal as well as Stripe, and your money goes straight to your own account with no transaction fees on top. You pay for that maturity.

The third option

Neither of them posts an invoice into your Moneybird

  • Native Moneybird bookkeeping

Doorst.app creates and sends invoices straight from your own Moneybird administration. Neither ManyRequests nor Wayfront has a Moneybird integration, so with either one your bookkeeping stays a separate job at month end.

  • Your money, your account

Payments go through your own Moneybird, Mollie or Stripe account, so the money lands directly with you and is booked the moment a client pays. No platform sitting in the middle of your cash flow.

  • European by default

iDEAL, Bancontact and VAT-friendly invoicing are the defaults, not add-ons bolted onto a US-first payment processor. Every invoice goes out of your own administration with a payment link on it.

Where both of them beat us

No tool wins on everything, and this is our page, so here is the case against us. If one of these is your dealbreaker, pick their tool. We would rather you be happy there than churn from here.

ManyRequests

  • ManyRequests has built-in design and video proofing, with comments directly on the assets. Doorst.app has no proofing today.
  • ManyRequests has built-in time tracking, with automatic timers and timesheets. Doorst.app is adding it now.
  • ManyRequests translates its client portal. Doorst.app is warmest in English and Dutch, with more languages in progress.

Wayfront

  • Wayfront has had years to mature its order forms and automations. Doorst.app is younger and more focused.
  • Wayfront bills from tracked time, and its client portal comes in more languages. Doorst.app logs hours without billing from them, and its portal is English and Dutch.
  • Wayfront lets your clients pay by PayPal as well as by card. Doorst.app does not do PayPal.

Frequently asked questions

Service Provider Pro rebranded to Wayfront in February 2026, and spp.co now redirects to wayfront.com. If you are comparing SPP, Service Provider Pro and Wayfront, they are the same product under a new name.

Neither wins outright. ManyRequests is better if your work is visual, because design and video proofing are built in, and it starts at 59 dollar per month. Wayfront is better if you want maturity: years of refinement on order forms and automations, plus PayPal as well as Stripe, at 129 dollar per month. Both give you built-in time tracking and a portal you can translate.

Both collect payments through Stripe, so European methods like iDEAL and SEPA depend on your own Stripe setup rather than being native to the tool. Neither one connects to Moneybird, so your bookkeeping stays a separate job.

Doorst.app covers the same core (branded portals, subscription plans and a delivery board) and lets you choose the billing rails: your own Moneybird administration, Mollie or Stripe account. iDEAL, Bancontact and VAT invoicing are built in, from 15 euro per month. We are younger, we do not ship design proofing, and time tracking is coming.

If your invoices live in Moneybird and your clients pay with iDEAL, Doorst.app is built for you. If design proofing is your daily job, ManyRequests is worth the export into your bookkeeping. If you want the most mature tool on the market and the budget is there, that is Wayfront.
